Rebel Sport 


Website redesign and design system creation for an iconic Australian sports brand

Disciption:

Responsible for end-to-end website redesign, bring in consistency for the e-commerce platform and create the foundations of a design system for Rebel Sports.

In March 2022, I was envited by Rebel Sports to redesign their website and craft a new design system. Their main goal was to improve online conversion on their website through a cleaner and more accessible representation of their brand that would scale well across all online mediums.

Additionally, I was also responsible for run weekly UX workshop with the main stakeholders, create wireframes,  design low and high fidelity prototypes, and delivery workflows, by having a ready-made set of accessible components and content templates that their teams could use to quickly bring ideas and campaigns to market.

About the Project
Australia's leading sporting goods specialist retailer, who are famous for product and differentiate on experience, and bring the best of global brands direct to customers. Two of the three brands went through a project last year with the aims to:

    • Modernise, standardise the sites and bring in consistency
    • Run workshops and meeting to gather requirements and needs
    • Create the foundations of a design system
    • Data analysis to understand user patterns and find opportunities 
    • Redesign the navigation of the site  
    • Communicate the value of the finished designs and documention
