My main task was not only to help Telstra team in design their 24/7 native app for iOs and Android platform but also to create a consistent application of its brand across multiple brand touch-points.

The project was to help create a consistent visual brand by delivering a suite of easily usable and scalable app screen templates, along with an accompanying Telstra’s brand guide.

As a freelance UX/UI Designer I was a part of the Telstra Digital Team within an agile, human-centred design, multi-disciplinary team environment, creating visual design outcomes for various digital channels to the Telstra 24x7 App, aligning with visual guidelines, design systems, site maps and compliance with accessibility standards.

I also provide support with research, user testing, journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping (low to high fidelity).
